Phil's father gave him a very special gift, the knuckleball, as a Little Leaguer that took him to the Baseball Hall of Fame, 318 victories, 3,342 strikeouts, a 3.35 lifetime ERA and a 24-year career in Major League Baseball, capped of by five Gold Glove awards.

CECIL FIELDER

The only player to be traded to the Japanese Leagues and return as a vastly improved player, Cecil enjoyed his superstardom in his post-Japanese League year, winning a World Championship in 1996, three All-Star selections and and a 51-home run season in 1990 upon
his return the Detroit Tigers and the Major Leagues. Cecil is the father of Prince Fielder, one of the most successful hitters of his generation.

MARK MESSIER

Inducted into Hockey's Hall of Fame just three years after his retirement, Mark won six Stanley Cups, and is the only player to captain two different teams to professional championships. He brought the Stanley Cup back to New York and was rewarded with his last NHL contract from 2000--2004 and the Ranger's captaincy.
